Transient Aircon Capsule is an affordable accommodation facility offering clean and comfortable air-conditioned capsule-type units. It is conveniently located in Brgy. Veterans Village, Quezon City, a neighboring barangay of SM North EDSA, TriNoma, and Vertis North. The property is also within convenient reach of MRT North Avenue Station and LRT Roosevelt Station.

The air-conditioned capsule units use centralized air-conditioning along the hallway, with an individual exhaust fan provided for each capsule. For privacy and security, each unit is equipped with a curtain or door, expanded metal door, and an RFID-accessed smart lock. Toilets and bathrooms are communal.

Each capsule has approximately 1.2 meters in ceiling height and 2.4 meters in length, while the width varies depending on the unit type. The capsule is equipped with a clothes hanger rod, small storage cabinet, light, and power outlet for charging devices.

A comfortable semi-double bed with fresh white linens and pillows is provided for the guest's comfort.
